    Hi,
I'm trying to find out what is wrong with my search term "*@abc.com"

On FAST Instream 4.3 I’m receiving next error:

    -----------------------------------
    System Error
packfql: Query Error: Wildcard pattern without literals: *
    --------------------------------------

How I can modify search term so I can avoid this error?

I found this in the Guide,

    Quote:
Tip: Wildcard queries will return a syntax error if the target is a composite field and this composite field
is not configured for wildcard (wildcard="no").

In my index-profile I have for this composite field wildcard="full"

    Thanks ...
I found the cause of the error.

"*@abc.com" is equivalent to "* abc com" which is not allowed.
Basically we are asking for all documents in collection...

Is there an answer of how to make the search happen with this special characters when there is no literal with the wild card characters?
